Insurance Requirements

To ensure the safety and security of all users, insurance is required for all bookings:

One-off or short-term bookings: 

Public Liability Insurance recommended (minimum $10 million cover)

Ongoing or long-term bookings: 

Proof of current Public Liability Insurance and any relevant risk management procedures
Our team can provide guidance on insurance requirements to ensure your booking meets safety standards.

Pricing

We aim to provide flexible and transparent pricing for your event.

Standard Hire – Self-Managed

$15 per hour – This option is perfect if you are managing your own setup, packdown, and cleaning. You have full access to the hall for your activity or event, and we ask that it is left in the condition you found it.

Catering

Please note that food and catering services are not provided as part of hall hire.

If you would like catering for your event, we can provide links to local local catering providers who can accommodate a variety of menus and dietary requirements. You can contact these providers directly to discuss your needs and arrange services for your event.

Tip: When booking catering, please ensure they are aware of the hall’s access times and any requirements for setup, serving, and cleanup.
